KAIYAN manufactures custom RF shields and EMI shielding cans for PCB and electronic applications. We produce shielding covers according to customer drawings, samples, or specific dimensions.
Our RF shields are commonly used to reduce electromagnetic interference and protect sensitive electronic components from unwanted RF signals. Depending on the application, we can manufacture shields from nickel silver, tinplate, stainless steel, copper, brass, and other suitable metal materials.
The production process includes precision metal stamping, forming, bending, deep drawing and custom tooling. Surface treatments such as tin plating, nickel plating and gold plating can also be provided according to the required electrical and environmental conditions.
We support different RF shield structures, including one-piece shields, two-piece shield cans, removable covers and custom PCB shielding components. Dimensions, material thickness, mounting features, ventilation openings and soldering areas can be customized based on the PCB design.
KAIYAN provides the complete process from tooling development and prototype production to mass production. Our engineers can review the drawing and recommend a suitable material, stamping process and structure before production.
